The new Field Replaceable Buckles finally provide a viable solution for replacing broken or worn out buckles. They have been designed to be field replaceable using a screwdriver but unlike other field solutions there is no need to sew in replacement buckles when back from the field. In fact many Sea to Summit packs and dry bags are starting to feature Field Replaceable Buckles.
The one pin ladderlock replaces ladderlock buckles like rucksack shoulder straps and compression straps.
